The Gig 'Em Gala held on April 23rd benefited Von's Vision and its mission of providing low-income students with eye care and corrective eyewear so they can be their best in the classroom and life. The event was hosted by Texas A&M Alumnus and 12th Man Productions, Will Johnson, and auctioneer Nick Di Nieri. The event featured appearances from Von and other Aggie football legends Josh Lambo, Trayveon Williams, Deshazor Everett, and Damontre Moore.
Guests enjoyed a world-class steak dinner, a bottle of wine, and a Von Miller autographed Texas A&M Signature Series football.
Proceeds from the event support Von's Vision's community outreach programs, like Von's Vision Center and Von's Locker that get prescription glasses in the hands of underprivileged students.
The COVID-19 Pandemic has created an even greater need for these students, as economic challenges have made even more significant barriers to proper eye care.
